10 Day eBay Auction

Dear Friends and Family,
     I’m writing to share a very special cause and 10 day eBay auction of my limited run of Hanukkah Menorahs that I have carved from the remains of my sculptures that burned in the glass fire at Monan’s Rill, and incinerated root burls of Manzanita and a chunk of Redwood that survived the Glass Fire of 2020.
     I am posting the LINKS  below to my online auction of a very limited Glass Fire Menorah collection of 8 Menorahs.  I am trying to find art lovers and environmentalists—that might wish to help raise funds for a hand made one-of-a-kind Hanukkah Menorah.  
     100% of the funds raised by the sale of these menorahs are being donated for habitat restoration in the Alpine Valley/Mark West Watershed.
     I worked for over a year and a half---inviting a fellow woodworker and master craftsmen, Jeremy Ginsberg’s talents in drilling my one-of-a-kind explorations where I could attempt to create beauty from loss, and to celebrate the rebirth of something beautiful and different in the fire’s aftermath.  
     This is a one time opportunity to have a tangible piece of this watershed’s history while supporting the work of FMWW (Friends of Mark West Watershed) efforts in replanting trees and habitat restoration.   
     The beautiful images were taken by a  good friend and talented photographer and watershed neighbor, Marcel Siegle.  
      Thank you for considering supporting this project.  If successful, I may be able to find other artists willing to join me in this restorative work.  I hope so.
